Technically different: Before, CAS textures were created as compressed DDS (RLE2), while now the game & Sims4Studio has switched to uncompressed DDS (LRLE).
The only difference is nipple-placement (^^ゞ February 2021 update: Update: I've added WickedWhims-compatible versions, so those who use the WW body meshes & textures won't have the 4-nipples issue! Sims that achieve level 3 of Naturism will get an option to convert into an Exhibitionist, by purchasing a reward trait, which is a lot more daring and offers additional functionality. Walking around in their underwear or naked, bathing or sunbathing naked around others, or flashing and streaking.
While playing, Sims will learn about nudity and get used to that lifestyle by gaining experience in nudity-related skills. You can adjust these details by using the Body Selector and by modifying Sim gender flags in CAS Gender Settings. At any point in time Sims can undress from their clothing, revealing their naked body, which comes with defined details provided by WickedWhims.
